Arum Dental Mill 4X-450

Arum Dental Mill 4X-450 is a very versatile machine in the Arum range though it is limited to perform milling using 4 axis milling. 4 axis is usually sufficient for most crown and bridge milling that rarely require 5-axis milling. It caters for milling CoCr and Titanium components such as screw-retained bridges, dental bars and custom abutments. The Arum 4X-450 is also suitable for all your zirconia crown and bridge work, truly a very versatile machine. It has a 15 station automatic tool changer to allow for a full set of tools for both metal and zirconia.

A nice feature is the C-clamping of the blocks which has one side open to allow milling on the side. This feature is very useful when machining full dentures and you can easily mill the undercuts.

The Arum 4X-450 features a high precision 1.28KW spindle (2,000 – 60,000 RPM) to support the most difficult cutting conditions.It is capable of milling wet or dry. The wet option uses a water tank and the dry option use a dust vacuum system.
